05Consultation Requests Do Not Create a Client Relationship

Submitting the consultation form, sending an email, calling, or otherwise contacting YAS does not create a client relationship or an engagement. A client relationship begins only when both you and YAS have agreed to the terms of an engagement as described below.

Please do not send confidential documents or sensitive personal or financial information before an engagement is established. Confidential tax and financial documents must be submitted through a secure document exchange method designated by Young Accounting Services LLC. Instructions will be provided during client onboarding.

06Engagement Agreements

Young Accounting Services LLC uses electronically signed engagement letters. A professional engagement begins only when you have electronically signed an engagement agreement and YAS has formally accepted the engagement, including by countersigning the agreement where its process requires.

Submitting an inquiry, attending a consultation, receiving an estimate, or making a payment does not, on its own, establish a professional engagement.

Each engagement agreement establishes the scope of services, the responsibilities of each party, fees, payment requirements, and other applicable terms. For contracted services, the engagement agreement controls. If there is any conflict between these Terms and an engagement agreement, the engagement agreement governs the services it covers.

Professional confidentiality. Tax preparation services may be subject to Internal Revenue Code Section 7216 and its implementing regulations, which restrict the use and disclosure of tax return information. Nothing in these Terms authorizes the use or disclosure of tax return information; any such use or disclosure occurs only as permitted by law and, where required, with your separate written consent.

07Starting Prices and Service Scope

Prices shown on this website, including monthly plans and à la carte services, are starting prices provided for general guidance. They are not final quotes or offers. Actual fees and the specific scope of services depend on the scope and complexity of your needs, the condition of your records, the number of accounts, entities, or filings involved, and other factors, and are confirmed before work begins. Tax preparation inclusions vary by package and are confirmed during onboarding.

Young Accounting Services LLC requires upfront payment for individual tax preparation and other designated services before work begins. All invoices are issued through QuickBooks. Pay-by-refund, fee-withheld-from-refund, and similar bank-product payment options are not accepted.

Prices and service offerings shown on this website may change without notice. Changes to fees for an existing engagement are subject to the agreed engagement terms and any amendment or change-order process those terms provide.

08Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including the Young Accounting Services name, YAS logo, text, design, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to Young Accounting Services LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

09Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to send spam or malicious code, or to interfere with the website’s operation or security.
